Shipping Policy
All orders shipped through the mail should be completed in two to five weeks after purchases depending on the in-stock status of the book or accessory you (the consumer) had ordered. Please note that I (the author) will use the U.S mailing system and after I drop off your order at my local post office, I have no control nor responsibility over when your book or accessory will arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied or no longer want any books you purchased from The AlitaVerse, you as the consumer are able to ship it back to me as detailed on the package which your order came in. However, I will not by any means refund any returned books. Please note that I will not accept any returns for the accessories, such as bookmarks, bought on The AlitaVerse.
